SubObject.Equals was comparing currentHost64 (which contains a daily
date stamp) causing duplicate observers to accumulate at the day
boundary. This led to memory growth and system hangs around 4-5 PM
Arizona when UTC midnight crossed.

Now compares on hostname only - stable across day boundaries and
IP changes.
